How will I know if I have left my items behind?
Both our Tracking Card & Tag have seperation alert meaning it is impossible for you to leave valuables behind. Every time you walk away, a notification will pop up on your phone.
How long does the batteries last?
Our Smart Tracking Card lasts up to 3 months on a single charge (typical everyday use). When the battery runs low, simply pop it on our wireless charger - no cables needed. The Tracking Card can last up to 1 year, and has a replaceable CR2032 battery.
Are they compatible with any phone?
Currently, the Connektech Tracking Card & Tag are optimized for use only with Apple products and the Find My app. We are continuously exploring opportunities to expand compatibility with other platforms in the near future.
Do they work anywhere in Australia?
Yes! Our smart tracking devices are built for Aussie life. Whether you’re in the city or travelling regionally, you’ll get reliable location updates through the app.
How do I pair it to my phone?
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Open the Find My iPhone App and press “Add New Device.”
Select Tracking Card or Tracking Tag from the list to pair it.
Once connected, you’ll see your Smart Tracking Card & Tag appear on the map - ready to track your valuables!
Are they suitable for travel?
Absolutely. Track your luggage, backpacks, and carry-ons anywhere in the world - from airport to hotel and everywhere in between. Our trackers are safe to fly with and will not cause any issues at the airport.
How do I find if close-by?
The map says your close by, but you still cannot see your lost item? Don't worry - Connektech's Smart Tracking Card includes a built-in speaker to help you locate it even quicker.
Simply press the "Play Sound" button and locate your lost item in seconds.
Can I track multiple items at once?
Yes! You can track both your card and tag simultaneously, covering wallets, keys, bags, or anything important.
